We have designed a set of houses that are priced, interior designed, colours selected and ready for you to just pick and go. Designs by S.A. - How it works

We have three main colour themes; The Beach House, The Designer House and The Barn House, and we have designed floor plan options; 1, 2, and 3.

Each colour theme has been designed to a fit the style of the home, however can be applied to each floor plan depending on what is required for your family. For example: you can pick colour theme The Beach House and have floor plan option 2.

We have pricing for each design option below and additional pricing can be completed on request if you would like to have a colour theme on a different plan option.

We also have options for adding in additional features such as raked ceilings, custom interior design services and higher end selections (tiles, flooring, appliances etc.).
